Job Opportunities for students at UTCC
Finema always welcomes graduates-to-be who wish to enter real-world situations. We believe that new graduates have a strong willingness to join the workforce. At Finema we believe in inclusivity. Regardless of years of experience, everyone deserves equal opportunities, fair treatment, familiarity in the workplace, communication in the business manner, etc. Equal opportunities are provided to new joiners, who have recently become part of Finema, as we are confident that communication skills and management skills can be improved by putting your fullest efforts into assigned tasks. Once they are familiar with the workplace environment, surely work performance would become more effective. Furthermore, our specialists in the company are also eager to assist in coaching and mentoring new joiners to help them get used to assigned tasks and close their knowledge gaps.
On 15th January 2024, talent acquisition and UX/UI designers participated in the job fair 2024 at University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. We represented our UX/UI department to provide more information regarding job opportunities, career path, company information, and guidance to university students. Most of the students were pursuing a degree in design-related fields, so there were many inspiring and creative stories from students regarding their career aspirations and projects. Some of them wanted to become UX/UI designers, while others wanted to become motion-graphics designers. The former and latter careers seem to be inspired by their interest and passion. However, to become a job seeker, some of them were hesitant to apply for a job because they were not quite sure what they wanted. In other words, they were mostly still evaluating if the job opportunities suited their aspiration and career advancement. Moreover, they required more information regarding UX/UI designers and graphic designers. Thankfully, one of our UX/UI designers, Bank, who has been at Finema for more than 3 years, could give information about UX/UI design at the company thoroughly. As a result, job seekers there were able to widen their opportunities in the design field. The interaction could potentially lead to being motivated and dedicated to making their portfolios stand out from the bulk of candidates.
University students who visited Finema’s booth received sticker sets designed by our UX/UI department as a gift. Even the ‘job opportunities’ stickers could also be one of the factors that helped students envision their careers in the future. Working at Finema, you will be surrounded by specialists who will encourage and empower you to perform assigned tasks effectively. Moreover, you will have a chance to be adept in UX/UI design and graphic design as we have plenty of mentors to guide you.
