Making new joiners feel welcomed
People are always seeking new opportunities to encounter amazing workplaces, which may take months and even years to find a workplace that best suits them. As such, some may grow tired of finding that perfect workplace and decrease their expectations. Here at Finema, we believe that the workplace should be an environment where our employees are eager to come to work every day. As such, our office is designed in a way that supports our employees at work. We have nap rooms for employees who wish to take a nap, a bar where employees gather and have drinks, along with a variety of other features and policies in place to allow our employees to enjoy themselves while at work.
Outside of work, employees are entitled to many benefits such as group and personal insurance, vacation leaves, provident funds, training support, and more. These benefits ensure that our employees have plenty of opportunities to gain experience and are well-covered if any accidents happen. Although these benefits are only applicable to employees who have passed their probation periods, we believe that new joiners should receive something on their first day as well. Here at Finema, we provide welcome gifts for our new joiners as we want to show appreciation and care towards these new joiners, making them feel welcomed and supported by the company. The welcome gifts include a cup engraved with the new joiners’ names, a T-shirt, a welcome card with your job position and name, a Finema notebook, and stationery.
