Pets are welcome at Finema
At Finema, we understand the value pets can bring to the workplace, such as promoting productivity, reducing stress, and adding a lot of fun and cuteness. They also contribute to a more relaxed working environment. Pets have played a big part in our company culture since day one. That’s why we are proud to be one of the few truly “pet-friendly” companies in Bangkok.
According to the International Journal of Workplace Health Management, bringing pets to work can reduce stress and raise productivity levels.
Finema allows employees to bring their pets to work whenever they wish, as we believe this policy can benefit both the company and the employees. The HQ office even has an open-air play area for the four-legged friends to run around, and free treats are always on hand.
A study also suggested that dogs boosted morale and increased job satisfaction, whether people had access to their pets or others.
Apart from that, Finema also hosts “Pet Day” from time to time, where employees are welcome to bring their pets to work and introduce them to their colleagues. People without pets will have a chance to play and interact with these adorable animals as well. Pet Day is an incredibly popular event in our office and has become part of our office’s routine.
In addition, Finema adopts abandoned dogs and cats in the Sukhumvit 26 area, providing shelter, food, urgent treatment, and vaccinations. We will introduce each and every one of them in the next article. Stay tuned!
