Stepping out of the office into a wonderful time at Finema outing 2023!
Finema had a delightful time during a company outing in 16th–18th September 2023 in Ratchaburi.
Finema believes that a strong bond between colleagues makes a strong business.
After half of a year, Finema has welcomed talented new joiners to our company. It is helping us a lot to already have amazingly people in our office who already brighten our workplace to be more sparkling and so on, However, the great progress would not possible if there are no teamwork and unity.
To foster the spirit, Finema outing 2023 was organized on the purpose of providing a well-deserved break after a time of hard work, and straightening the bonds between our colleagues. Therefore, a tons of activities and games were prepared to break the ice and warm up everyone’s energy as soon as the day of outing was started.
During the event, all of our colleagues unleashed their fun side and broke their walls to step closer to their peers. They thoroughly enjoyed a lot of fun, randomly play and have small talk while attending the activities such as Rock-Paper-Scissor, Collect money game, dancing, etc.
The event was more impressive by the the deep conversation like ‘Life Graph activity’ which was a heartwarming time for getting to deeply know each other. This allowed them to understanding from their peers’ perspectives which could strengthen our team to be more bonded

Moreover, This year outing was a great opportunity after the company’s expansion which lead us to be ready for new challenging and bigger goals in the future. Hence, Town Hall was organized to present the company vision, receive a speech and inspiration from CEO and CTO, P’AJ and P’Ball.
Here we come, Ratchaburi!
Since our arrival in Ratchaburi, we have been surrounded by mountains, lakes, and many other interesting locations. How can we not go and explore the amazing place like this?
Some of our colleagues took a chance during this outing to visit many places, such as Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Wat Bang Kung, Khaw Ngoo Stone Park, etc. which completed them a fantasy trip.
Finema Outing 2023 is one of the most joyful event of this year, you can feel the warmth through the letters and photos. The evident is in laughs, wide smiles that stamped on the faces and the happiness in the atmosphere. This occasion shown the bonding among Finema’s employee that are even more closer after spending time together.
