Dee Hock on the organisation of the future

When Dee Hock founded the Visa credit card company he created a new type of organisation structure he called chaordic. This created a hybrid mix of chaos and order that has proved extremely successful in a changing world. Since then Visa has grown to operate more than two billion credit cards in over 200 countries. In 2021 its turnover was over $24 billion.
