Speakers
The speakers have extensive experience in business valuation and will discuss valuation in a start-up context.
Justin Steinert and Jannaya James are Associate Directors in the Valuation and Business Modelling team at EY. Justin and Jannaya specialise in the valuation of issued capital, businesses and intellectual property, utilising a range of methodologies including capitalisation of earnings and discounted cash flow.
They have prepared several valuations across a wide range of industries and for a range of purposes, including; transactions, tax, strategy and financial reporting.
