Coinhub Wallet Integrates FIO Send to Enable Easy and Error-Free Crypto Transactions
The Foundation for Interwallet Operability (FIO) is excited to announce that the Coinhub wallet has successfully integrated FIO Send. This FIO Send integration is fully live and Coinhub wallet users can now send any cryptocurrency from Coinhub wallet to any other wallet that has FIO Crypto Handles enabled. As the ecosystem of FIO integration partners grows, the world of cryptocurrency gets easier and less stressful for the world to adopt.
FIO Send allows users of a FIO Send integrated wallet to send cryptocurrency to any wallet or exchange that has integrated FIO Crypto Handles. A FIO Crypto Handle is a human-readable wallet address in the format of username@domain, that makes sending cryptocurrency as easy as sending an email by replacing that long-string public wallet address. No need to have to copy and paste that long string public address, stressing over if you’ve entered that long-string public address correctly or if you’ve even selected the right chain that the coin or token you are sending is on. FIO Send allows you to just type in the FIO Crypto Handle of the wallet or exchange you are sending to, and the wallet will only allow you to send it to valid FIO Crypto Handles that are mapped to the coin or token you are sending.
Coinhub is a great addition to FIO’s integration partners as it is a user-friendly multichain wallet, and with FIO Send, it becomes even more user friendly. Coinhub is a noncustodial wallet, meaning it stores none of your user data and you have complete control over the assets in the wallet and the security of the wallet. Coinhub currently supports coins and tokens on over 20 different blockchains, support for NFTs, along with support for hundreds of dApps. Coinhub also integrates market data directly into the wallet app so no need to leave the app to look up market data. You can learn more about Coinhub, including links to install the Coinhub wallet app at https://www.coinhub.org/.
Set up your Coinhub wallet and try out the FIO Send feature whenever you want to send cryptocurrency to any FIO Crypto Handle enabled wallet or exchange. To get started, check out our demo video below!
About FIO:
FIO, the Foundation for Interwallet Operability, is a decentralized consortium of blockchain organizations and community members supporting the ongoing development, integration, and promotion of the FIO Protocol. The protocol is an open-source, decentralized usability layer solution that works across all blockchains, and uses human-readable Crypto Handles to replace the complexity, risk, and inconvenience that comes with blockchain-based transactions using public addresses.
