Ellipal Partners with FIO to Streamline Crypto Transactions
We are excited to announce that FIO has teamed up with Ellipal, the leader in air-gapped cold wallets, and for an upcoming integration of FIO Send. FIO Send will give Ellipal users a simple and secure way to send cryptocurrency from the Ellipal wallet to any other FIO-integrated wallet or exchange without the worry or fear of sending to the wrong address or chain.
FIO Send allows users to easily send any type of cryptocurrency without the stress of copying and pasting long string public addresses. FIO Send replaces that long string public address — which can be vulnerable to errors and other exploits — with a simple, human-readable address known as a FIO Crypto Handle. The long string public key address is replaced with the FIO Crypto Handle in the format of username@domain (e.g.jane@wallet).
