Who uses the Fireflies AI?

Fireflies will allow you to transcribe and search your meetings automatically. You can use in-meeting voice commands and custom alerts to extract key highlights from your calls.

What is included in the trial?

You can use Fireflies during a 14 day free trial or upto 3 meetings. You’ll get a detailed transcript emailed after every meeting. You can also search your past meetings inside the dashboard.

What happens after the trial?

After the trial the platform moves onto the subscription. If at any time you want to cancel or pause your subscription you can send an email to support@fireflies.ai

Once I sign up how do I get started?

When you set up through app.fireflies.ai you can connect your calendar and have the option to allow Fred to auto-dial into meetings that have a dial-in number.

In addition, you can also choose to manually send calendar invites to fred@fireflies.ai.

Make sure on the calendar invite there is a conference bridge with a U.S. dial in number/meeting access code.

Are there humans transcribing this?

Fireflies is now 100% automated. You will get machine generated transcript that is near-human in quality. In addition the system will get smarter over time.

We just ask that you are using a good mic and there is no background noise. Fireflies generates the best outputs when you give the system the best possible audio quality.

When does the transcript and meeting recap get emailed to me?

After your meeting, our AI post processes your call and will send you an email of the transcript within the hour. Sometimes, Fireflies may take longer based on the call that is being processed.

What conferencing providers do you support?

We support all the leading web conferencing providers including Webex, Zoom, Skype for business, UberConference, GotoMeeting and FreeConferenceCall. You just need to make sure that there is a US dial-in phone number on the meeting invite and the appropriate access code.

What App Integrations Do You Have?

You can integrate Fireflies with Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, and Zapier today. If you are using one of our CRM integrations Fireflies will auto-route the meeting details to the right contact inside your CRM.

Can I use my personal phone number?

You can add your personal phone number on the calendar invite and Fred Fireflies will call you at the start of the meeting. You can then merge Fred into your call. We encourage users to use a web conference platform like Zoom and Webex for the best experience.

What if my meeting runs over a bit?

We totally understand, so we have included a 10 minute buffer period. For example, if your meeting goes past the 30 minute mark up to 40 mins.

How does your pricing work?

Individual Plans fall into two tiers. We have a 10 meetings/mo tier and also an Unlimited meetings tier.

Are there compliance laws around recording calls?

In many states in the US, you must notify the other user on the call that it is being recorded. At the end of the day Fireflies is a recording tool. Fred will send attendees a confirmation email before the start of the meeting notifying participants that the call is being recorded. Attendees can opt out for meetings they don’t want Fred to join by simply replying to Fred.

As per our terms of use, we put the onus on the end user to make sure they are being transparent with other participants on the call.

When will you support international users?

Soon! Currently Fireflies only works for US Dial in numbers for the English language. We are working hard on bringing Fireflies to other countries and other accents.

How do you handle security?

Fireflies.ai cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, technical and organizational measures designed to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers.

We encrypt your data at rest, including emails, calendar events and other personal identifiable metadata. We use 256-bit AES encryption in storage and 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit. Our database is hosted in a Virtual Private Cloud with DigitalOcean. DigitalOcean follows top IT security standards, including SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, PCI-DSS certification, and ISO 27001.
