FireProtocol works with Acala for its Migration to Polkadot
Not long ago, FireProtocol team announced that we will be embracing Polkadot for better scalability and long-term growth, which attracted high attention from the community. In response to a series of questions from users about FireProtocol’s entry into the Polkadot Ecology, we hereby elaborate on our latest & exciting progress and next-step development plan.
Now we are proud to announce that, FireProtocol team has completed the successful deployment of smart contracts to Polkadot-based Acala network, ensuring the swift entrance and completion of migration to Polkadot.
Why Acala?
Acala network, the DeFi Hub of Polkadot, has launched the smart contract module Bodhi that is compatible with EVM, facilitating the Solidity developers to enter the Polkadot/Acala ecosystem with minimal migration costs. Furthermore, Acala will participate in the parachain auctions, enhancing the network’s shared security, consensus and cross-chain interoperability, strong liquidity and security can be guaranteed.
Through the development of smart contracts, we look forward to further improving the cross-chain interoperability of Fireprotocol and ensuring long-term development.
What’s Next?
The successful migration through Acala Network to Polkadot is only the beginning. FireProtocol will be making more exciting deliveries down the road of long-term development. We will be bringing the unique “cross-chain hub” into Polkadot ecology, acting as a bridge to connect other leading Blockchains including Solana, BSC etc.
