Anat Shperling is co-founder of Toya, and an experienced social entrepreneur and developer of programs for female empowerment.

Toya is creating a brand of digital games designed to inspire and motivate young girls to realize their full potential. Toya’s playful learning experience combines unique elements that enable girls to become the heroes while revealing the life stories of exceptional women.

In 2004 she founded the Women in the Picture Association in Israel, leading a change in the status and representation of women filmmakers; the association’s flagship project was the International Women’s Film Festival. Anat also serves as the chairperson of the film repertoire committee at the Israeli Ministry of Education.

In this episode of Firm Ethics, Anat talks with host Evan Rudowski about the motivations behind Toya, and the company’s future plans.
