Tell us more about yourself and your staff

I Play I Learn is a franchisee of New Age Knowledge Solutions Pvt Ltd. I established this school because of my passion in the field of education, especially educating preschoolers.

What is your philosophy towards children?

Children learn through various approaches and we cannot stick with only one approach to learning. Hence at our preschool, we expose the children to various philosophies like Playway Method, Howard Gardner Multiple Intelligences Theory, Reggo-Emilia Approach and Montessori Approach. We take the best practices in all approaches and share with our children to understand which approach works for individual child.

What are your key insights as an educator?

As an educator it is important to maintain good rapport with children and continuously communicate with parents. The educators should involve the parents in school activities by creating opportunities for such engagements , thus making them active members.

What do parents love about your school?

Parents love the care, passion and effort put by staff at the preschool. We make sure our children at the preschool get comfortable with the environment and the staff quickly.

What are your tips for parents who apply to your school?

Parents applying for schools must consider the attitude of the staff and the environment at preschool. A caring and friendly environment will make the transition from home to preschool easy.
