We view transparency as democratic which it is however, when an institution is fully invested in a failing bank that very transparency, or, available and known info, is what facilitates rational actors to cause a run by logically withdrawing…the problem is not with transparency per se, its the underlying system its currently built upon is systematically unstable due to dynamic fluctuations.
