Hi, there, my brilliant FLF writers! How’s it going? Anything fabulous happening in your life? Did you have a splendiferous week?

Drop into the comments if there’s something you’d like to share.

An Announcement

Speaking of sharing … I have some news. Some of you might have already read about it, as I’ve just talked about it on the weekly Hope, Healing and Humour “newsletterish”. The full story is here if you’d like more information.

I’ll give you the skinny here:

Although I feel like a kid (and am known for being something of a goofball, given the chance), I’ve had to face the fact that I’m an official “senior.” I really don’t know how the heck that happened but apparently, it did. My driving license says so.

So does the freakin’ mirror. Pinhead.

Anyway — I kinda noticed recently that I’m not exactly 23 anymore and uh-oh, I’m on my own without family I can fall back on should the need arise. I don’t have anyone I could stay with if I get sick or can’t work. Nor do I have the financial means to move into a place where I could get the care I might need, even if it’s an independent…
