What our devs worked on in week 56 of the FirstBlood.io Beta

It is time for our Developer Update. We have made significant improvements to the FirstBlood Royale App and are excited to share.

We have started running Bounty Hunts with real prizes and even the opportunity to compete in highly competitive streamed esports events.
Anyways! Let’s dive into what we have released and updated.
Bug Fixes
Fixed; Adjustments to naming conventions
Fixed; Minor frontend issue when switching between Dota 2 and PUBG on Web App
Fixed; Bracket bug for sliding from left to right on Web App
Fixed; Multiple Bounty Hunt Registration bug
Fixed; Web app UX improvements for Dota 2 and PUBG specific players
Fixed; Username verification bug on Royale App
Additions
Added; The ability to share and earn on the Royale App
Added; Highlighting of username within Royale App
Added; New functionality for Royale App administration
Added; New username verification system on Royale App
Added; New Tie Break rules to Royale App Bounty Hunts
Added; Updated Bounty Hunt UI on Royale App
Added; The split of TPP and FPP matches on Royale App
Added; New UI for Final Score on Royale App
Added; Backend data optimization on Royale App
Players were ending Bounty Hunts with the exact same scores. Thus we needed to create an efficient Tie Breaking system. Here are the new Tie Breaker Rules in the appropriate order;
1. Highest total kills
2. Highest avg. position
3. Highest damage dealt
4. Longest time in game (in milliseconds)
5. Lowest num. of matches
We think this many different Tie Break solution should ensure that someone always earns the Bounty Hunt reward(s)!
