Fisherman is pleased to announce several exciting updates!
We were 1 of 14 Startup Alley companies selected to be featured at the annual National Restaurant Association Trade Show in Chicago from May 19–22, among 2,300 exhibitors and over 60,000 attendees from around the world. As the biggest show of its kind, the Trade Show provided us with a phenomenal opportunity to meet new clients and partners, establish our mark, validate our product, and learn more about the industry. We can’t wait to be back next year with a bigger booth.
Fisherman has been invited to participate in the 2018 MassChallenge Boston accelerator program. Selected from more than 1,600 promising startups across industries and regions around the world, Fisherman will join the most competitive cohort to date with unrivaled access to top corporate partners, expert mentorship, tailored curriculum, a chance to compete for shares of $1.5M in cash prizes, and more than 26,000 square-feet of co-working space in the Innovation and Design Building. We’re looking forward to working alongside other MC startups that are creating amazing solutions.
We will also be joining the Soaring Startup Circle accelerator program in Boston. The program is an immersive twelve-week program that includes a monetary investment, office space, and personalized mentorship. We are excited to be even more connected to the Boston College Network and have our first investment in the books.
Last but not least, the first four members of the Fisherman team graduated from college last week!
Needless to say, May has been a tremendous month for Fisherman, but the best is yet to come and we are more motivated than ever to push forward. Our primary goal this summer is to build, test, and launch our product to the world, while working with more customers and partners along the way. We are beyond grateful for your guidance and support through our early stages. We will continue to send along updates, thanks for being such an impactful part of our journey!
