Doing What You Like is Freedom
What keeps you going?
As the week finishes, what have you done to secure your next steps?
To reach our following goals.
It was to deliver on your promises; you worked out and did the shopping as promised. You also took the kids to kindergarten.
You stretched yourself. You strived! You went for it!
You held your promises!
Not only that, but you also helped others along the way. That is a genuine act of bravery and sacrifice! When you help others achieve their goals, they will help you reach yours. ;-)
Remember, happiness is a choice, and so is service!
Help yourself first, and then help others!
And it has to do a lot with how much you help.
