Sometimes, you stand before your day and look at your calendar. You know you have higher goals, but the daily minutia can distract or delay your progress.

It is OK to go slow to sail smooth.

Set 3–5 goals for yourself and ask when to dedicate time to these activities.

Start small and keep improving; that is the goal! :-)

Over time, you realize that everything you do is training to better yourself.

You can get where you want to go with enough time, effort, energy, and resources.
