Praise Others, Win Hearts
Showing respect can be done in multiple ways. One way is to help people.
Many of us live in this grind and hustle, and everything we try is directed at working all the time to achieve our desired goal.
That is great, as each of us has our journey, but it is lonely.
The advantage is that you can make the journey more fun for yourself and others when you help others achieve their goals.
The question is always, where is the balance, and will they help me?
The critical piece is the willingness to listen and to help others, not to ask what you will get in return.
The more you help, the more you realize what it brings—joy and life satisfaction. And the better you get at dedicating your energy over time.
According to the Cleveland Clinic’s health blog, helping people and giving things to others can increase your “feel good” chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin. The scientific explanation is that “we are wired to be generous.”

So, take it one step at a time.
