My girlfriend’s grandma is turning 99 years next year. She’ll burn through 100 like there is no tomorrow.

She lived through a second world war, went through different regimes, and lost her brother, partner, friends. She survived it all.

I love to hear stories about her. Until recently, she read about glasses and could quote famous poems.

Not everybody wants to make it until one hundred. I get it.

But those that have the passion have the drive. They will need a hefty dose of resilience.

What is resilience?

→ Resilience’s what gets you out of bed in the morning and gets you to fall asleep peacefully at night.

→ It’s the strength that you gain to overcome obstacles.

→ It’s the inner attitude never to give up.

→ Playing the long game becomes second nature.

→ Ability to say no to distractions and things that matter.

→ It’s the wisdom to building your mindset, heart set, soultset, health set.

Remember, today is a gift, and tomorrow is not guaranteed. Focus on building your craft. Take time to elevate yourself, others and decide to live a long and quality life. It starts with that! People ❤ need you!
