3 Easy Steps to Creating a Morning Ritual for Success
Everyday we wake up going through the routines we have set for ourselves. It may be jumping in the shower, starting the coffee pot, or if you’re a parent, it maybe getting the kids ready first then us. These daybreak routine(s) may be a crutch that are not letting us meet our greatest potential. You’re probably saying to yourself “I can’t change my daybreak routine or I can’t add anything to my schedule; I’m way too busy.” Here are a few easy things that you can add in your daybreak routine to maximize your routine.
1. Hydrate
Hydration is key in the morning. The body has been on idle all night and as soon as you wake up it is looking for something to keep you going. If you drink 8oz of water, it will wake up your body and get it ready to perform for the day.
#2 Listen to Motivational Speeches
Listening to positive messages has been very key to help me be successful in my daybreak routine. Positive messages keeps you focused and gives you hope that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Youtube has made it very easy to listen to speeches that can easily motivate us.

#3 Write down or speak 1 thing you’re grateful for
Gratitude is key to have positive and appreciative day. Before I walk out the door I say to myself “I am grateful for ………………..” This first fills up my heart and mind with appreciation, but it also fuels me to fight for what I am grateful for. We are blessed!! Instead of focusing on what you don’t have, focus on the positive and keep moving forward.
These 3 things are just some of the things I do in daybreak routine. They don’t take too much time out of your schedule but can make a big difference to how you feel for the remainder of the day. Start the day strong so that you can keep that positive momentum throughout the day.
