Setbacks are am inevitable part of life. It’s the way that we respond to these setbacks that truly defines us. In the world today, there are many nutrition distractions that can keep us on a pattern of nutrition negativity for a long time. Here are a few tips that you can do to help you bounce back from your nutrition setback.

1. Drink a gallon of water

Flush your body is key to getting your body back on track.

2. Eat a high protein breakfast

A solid high protein breakfast will create a domino affect with your meals.

3. Complete 30–60 minutes of cardio

A good sweat will not only burn calories, but will also be a giant step in the right direction mentally.
