Healthy Apple Cider

I’ve recently become more aware of my health and have been exercising and eating better. One drink that I recently fell in love with is an apple cider infused water.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • Two Lemon Slices
  • 1 Good Chunk of Freshly Cut Ginger
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Tablespoon Honey
  • Apple Slices

Directions:

  • Place water, cinnamon, lemon, nutmeg, and ginger in tea kettle and boil until ready
  • Place honey and apple slices into mug
  • Pour the hot water into the mug
  • Add vanilla and more of other ingredients as desired
