Everyone experiences stress — it’s a normal part of everyday life. Sometimes it can get to be a bit overwhelming but that doesn’t mean you have to let it control you.

While some workplace stress seems to just be the norm, excessive stress can interfere with your productivity and performance, impact your physical and emotional health, and affect your relationships and home life. It can even mean the difference between success and failure on the job and other relationships inside and outside of the office.

You certainly can’t control everything, but that doesn’t mean you’re powerless either — even when you’re stuck in situations that seem a bit out of control.
