In my Kitchen: Seaweed

Eating healthy has always been a part of my lifestyle. Though some may view healthy eating as limiting, I am regularly able to eat foods that I find incredibly delicious!

Seaweed is one of the main staples I always have in my kitchen. This low-calorie, munchy snack has high levels of Vitamins A and C, and many do not know it is also a source of calcium.

Here is one of my favorite seaweed recipes — the rice noodles make it particularly ideal for cardio days!

Seaweed & rice noodles

Ingredients:

  • Rice Noodles
  • Organic Grape Oil (alternative to soy sauce)
  • Sea Salt
  • Your favorite variety of seaweeds

Boil noodles. Add grape oil, sea salt, and seaweed. Cook for 5–10 minutes and enjoy!
