Instant noodles can be easily prepared by anyone! This has become an important food especially for those who don’t have a lot of time to prepare time-consuming meals. Instant noodles are a meal that can be prepared in different ways all depending upon your taste and likings.

A lot of people across the world are of the opinion that instant noodles are not that healthy. However, if you are ready to give a few more minutes while preparing this food, it can prove to be a really healthy meal for you which you can have at any time of the day. There are many ways through which you can add a lot of nutritional values to your favorite dish. Instant noodles can be prepared and enjoyed any time of the day!

Instant Noodle Tips

One way to change up your dry noodles is to dress it up with all different kinds of vegetables! Include vegetables like colorful capsicums, zucchini, french beans, carrots, mushrooms, bean sprouts, spinach and broccoli!

This way to prepare your instant noodles is not only incredibly tasty but good for you too! While preparing instant noodles, chop up different types of veggies like onions, garlic, chillies, carrots, french beans, spinach, and mushrooms etc.,

Once you are done with chopping the veggies, the next thing that you need to do is cook dry noodle in boiling water and then unload them in a strainer in order to drain the water.

For the next step, heat the oil in a non-stick pan and then add finely chopped onions and garlic in it. Keep sautéing them until they become golden brown and then add the chopped chillies and rest of the vegetables.

After that keep tossing and turning the veggies until you feel they are fully stir fried. In the last step, you need to add the noodles in the pan and mix them properly with the veggies and then cook them for 2 to 3 minutes before you finally turn off the flame.

Now you have a healthy prepared delicious bowl of instant noodles, to be enjoyed by everyone in your family!
