Having strong arms is a game changer for a lot of people. That sculpted tone means muscle, and muscle means strength. If you’ve ever had to carry some heavy bags from your car up to the third floor of an apartment complex, you really want all the muscle you can get in those things. Even beyond the literal strength, you just feel better with bigger and stronger arms. But how do you get that same “conquer the world” kind of feeling?

Well, we spoke with Ashley Wilking, an instructor at Barry’s Bootcamp who knows all about having strong and toned arms. She very kindly offered a quick exercise set that everyone could do to shape their arms and strengthen them in just two minutes. Who doesn’t have two minutes a day to devote to some sculpting?
