Fitbod - Getting Started Guide

To build your custom-fit workout, Fitbod’s powerful technology understands your strength-training ability, studies your past workouts and adapts to your available gym equipment.

Like a personal trainer, the more you work out with fitbod, the better it gets at constructing workouts that work for you.

Perform & log at least two workouts to calibrate Fitbod.

After logging your first workout, fitbod knows which muscles to target in your next workout.

The app keeps track of your muscle recovery state and periodically updates the workout with the most appropriate exercises to achieve your fitness goals.

For each exercise, Fitbod recommends sets, reps and weight.

Between workouts, your training plan will maximize fitness gains by intelligently varying intensity (weight) and volume (sets/reps) between sessions.

When performing an exercise for the firs time, please enter the weight you’re comfortable with and fitbod will take it from there.

Complete your Elite strength-training profile.

In your Elite profile, find several options to tailor fitbod to your unique fitness profile. For example, you can generate workouts based on your goals, what equipment you have, and how much time you have to workout.
