Ring in the New Year

Happy New Year and Welcome to 2017!

Yes, I know I am a little behind in welcoming in the new year, but nonetheless.

What a year 2016 was and boy did it go quickly. But the FitBox team is excited for prospects the year ahead holds.

One of these prospects being this weekly Blog.

Let me introduce myself to you all. My name is Naomi. I am not only a fitness enthusiast, I am also the proud product manager of FitBox. I have a degree in sports science, having worked with some of our country’s top Rugby athletes. I understand the demands of elite sport and have brought this knowledge to the functional fitness market through FitBox. In turn, disturbing the big players in the game.

Expect to see more from of FitBox year, as our platform continues to grow.

We want to communicate with YOU about the issues that are important to not only the world of functional fitness, but rather the health industry in general. We understand the functional fitness market is changing and with it we will change to accommodate those needs.

Lastly, what can you expect from this blog you ask?

Well a little bit of everything to be honest. All things functional fitness, nutrition, science, tips and tricks to help all walks of life on their fitness journey, business ideas and interactions with our current clients. We want this blog to be about YOU, so don’t be afraid to let us know what you want.

Naomi speaks all things functional movement. She loves it so much, she adopted it into her daily fitness routine. To say sport was ingrained in Naomi is an understatement.

In fact, she loved it so much, she went on to study sports science at university and has worked for some of the best NRL teams in the country.

Her world is revolved around the sport and she brings this enthusiasm to the table every single day.
