You cannot buy a whole outfit together, and this is because each product could be retailed by different brands or retailers. However, you can buy every item shown individually! You can view the total price of an outfit and decide if it fits your price range or you may need to add/get rid of an item. This can be viewed through the circled “i” near the top left of the outfit to get the full information.
