Shopper FAQ- What if the price of an item on Fiteo is different from what I see on the brand’s website?

It should not be. Fiteo doesn’t change any markups on top of the price charged by the brand or retailer. If you see any discrepancy, it simply means the price changed recently and hasn’t been reflected in Fiteo. Either way, the price listed by the brand or retailer on their site/app is the correct price.
If you see any examples of a price discrepancy, please submit a request/Feedback through the app by choosing the Feedback option in the app’s menu.
