Water is the most important thing that you need for your body. You are supposed to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces each day. There are many ways you can also eat your water. Here are some foods:

Cucumber- 96%

Apricot- 86%

Iceberg Lettuce- 96%

Watermelon- 92%

Orange- 87%

Pineapple- 87%

Grapefruit- 91%

There are also many ways to make your water taste yummier! Here are some easy and healthy recipes to infuse your water.

Green Tea Mint Lime: This infused drink is good for digestion, headaches, congestion, and fresh breath. For this drink you need…

1/4 cup Honey

1/4 cup Lemon juice

1/4 cup Lime juice

18 Mint, leaves

5 Tea bags

5 cups water

Strawberry Kiwi: This drink is good for cardiovascular, immune protection, blood sugar regulation, and digestion.

1/2 gallon cold water

2 kiwis

6 sliced strawberries

Cucumber Lemon: This is good for water weight, bloating, hydration, and digestion.

2 Liters of Water

1 medium cucumber sliced

10–12 mint leaves

1 lemon

Lemon-Lime Orange: This infused drink is good for digestion, immune system, heart burn, and vitamin C.
