Days 4–5: Steady growth
I continued to do the same program but with increased weights and a sometimes lower amount of reps.
Today (day 5) I decided not to take BCAA and see if I will feel pain in my muscles tomorrow. If not — it will mean that my organism just already got used to training and thus there is no much pain anymore (even though I feel I take peak weights every time).
But growth should be estimated not only from increased weights I take but from changes in my muscles weights too, of course. I did not get much yet (maybe half a kilo), but it is very early to talk about big changes anyway.
Let’s see how I grow in 1–2 months. I expect very good compound results.
