Friday Weights Day | 47 minutes on weights

I miss riding my bike on those days I don’t. I also realize that fitness requires that I do some resistance and weight training.

My goal these days is to spend at least one day a week (in bad weather, more) on weights. Friday has become my designated weight day, Friday weights day.

Today was a 47 minute workout. I covered 13 stations on my Weider 3200 Pro gym machine. I also incorporated 100 jump ropes into the routine. That started last week and is a real killer for me still. Last week I did 25 jump ropes — mostly one jump at a time. This time I did two segments of 50. I almost got the second 50 done in one run!

I recently got a cash back rebate of $130 from Dubli Online Shopping Mall. That makes $1138 back in my bank from online purchases (in 15 months time) I would have made anyway.
