Weights | Fewer reps higher weights
It was a beautiful day and would have been a great one for a bicycle ride. I have some things I need to take care of today so I chose to do a shorter weight routine with fewer reps and higher weights.I am not in good shape yet — at least not where I can really strain myself on the weights so I didn’t do the most I could. Instead I did enough weight that 3 sets of 15 was a a good challenge but still doable. Next time I hope to remember to change that and use enough weight that 3 sets of 5 is doable.I recently got a cash back rebate of $130 from Dubli Online Shopping Mall. That makes $1138 back in my bank from online purchases (in 15 months time) I would have made anyway.
