This was a super pull day workout. I did about 7 minutes elliptical at the end. Forearms are toast. Glutes got fried. Calves on fire!

    -Calf Raises 32x127 (ltgry) diminishing range to fatigue
    -Bent Row 21x123 (ltgry) diminishing range to fatigue overhand
    -Deadlift 19x217 (dkgry) diminishing range to fatigue
    -Pull aparts 60sX80 (ltgry) stretch
