Still down. Wonder sometimes if it is going away? Still, I have faith which keeps me going. The X3Bar workouts give me an hour or two of relief. I mowed the lawn yesterday which always leaves me in lots of pain for a few days. Still had a good push day workout.

    - Pec Crossover (wht) 15x98
    -5 minutes elliptical
