Went on a 15 mile bicycle ride Saturday. Haven’t been on the bike since summer of 2020. I was able to maintain 15 mph for the first 5 miles. Had to stop there to help a broken down cyclist. Maintained 12 mph the rest of the ride. Good push day today.

    -Triceps press 31x204 (dkgry) diminishing range of motion to fatigue
    - Pec Crossover (wht) 15x98
    -five minutes elliptical
