3 Months of consistency will give you the body you WANT

START IN JANUARY, BY END OF MARCH YOU WILL HAVE THE BODY YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED.

I know what you’re thinking… 3 months is a long time! This can be very overwhelming and why most people only last a few days… or hours before going back to their old habits. According to science, it takes roughly 66 days to stick to a new habit, which is shorter than 90 days! Does this make it any easier? Probably not.

If you want to achieve the body set out in your mind, you need to really want it. You need to look at yourself in the mirror and have a completely honest conversation with yourself about what you don't like, and how to change it; be brutal with yourself, really get to the problems in hand. Once you know the problems you can address them! Remember, you are the ONLY person who can achieve this, no one else.

3 months is a long time, so you need to break it down into 1-month intervals. Then set weekly targets within the month. The targets should involve how many times you do exercise in that week, your weight difference and what you plan to eat each day. Day by day you can tick off what you have achieved.

ENJOY IT

Don’t cut out all bad foods, still eat chocolate/sweets/cakes etc. Just don’t over do it! Try and stick to the 80–20% daily rule — 80% is clean healthy foods and 20% is whatever you want to eat. I recommend doing this over having cheat days.
