What is FITR?

“FITR is the cryptocurrency that rewards you for living your best life. Based on an already active wellbeing marketplace: FITR ecosystem provides rewards and solutions for using services, buying products and enjoying life experiences like traveling, sightseeing amongst others.”

There have been several struggles with the project during the last few months. Even though momentum was reached, multiple aspects went wrong, which ultimately caused the project’s halt. Honesty is 100% the way to go about these issues; that’s how we learn and grow. This article will cover everything that happened in the last months, the modifications, and the new plans.

What we have

We didn’t achieve our objectives; nonetheless, we progressed and wanted to share everything we achieved thus far.

Token: we built and deployed a successful Token on the Binance Smart Chain platform.

Own platform: we have a platform ready for you to buy FITR, which is not commonly achieved by other projects.

Built community: after the bot attack, we had to kick lots of users. We kept a small number of people, the best community of investors. Quality is better than quantity.

Partners: Multiple partnerships were achieved the previous year. Including Emirates, Protect group, and Mednet.

Working product: FITR is the native currency of an already working marketplace, MyFitApe.

Funds: we raised 15k dollars during the last two quarters of the previous year, 20k if we count the funds from PayPal.

Expanded core team: we reached the five people in the team, with our last addition being a project manager.

Learned: The most important thing so far. We grasped a lot from the mistakes and the success we had. Last year we achieved momentum, and we have a good idea of replicating it. We adjusted goals and made changes to solve what went wrong, re-achieve what went right, and add improvements.

What didn’t go to plan

Wrong is a harsh word, but honesty is still crucial for our project, so sharing our problems will help us be transparent and avoid these mistakes.

Hiring: The seats in FITR are expensive. Finding the correct people is often really hard. We had lots of slips finding the right people during the hiring time, and with a project of such a high caliber, this is a setback because more work is distributed between fewer people.

Bear market: the market has been terrible. It’s a known fact that you can’t control the market, yet this has affected the value of our efforts and potential expansion.

PayPal: users know we offer flexibility; we try hard to ensure no one is excluded. However, PayPal caused some trouble and made a 5K loss due to unfair and unjustified decisions. This is already being solved, but it still wastes time and impacts the project’s wellbeing.

Bugs: the platform is complex, and future implementations will make it even more complex. A bug during our momentum face caused several investors to be unable to invest.

Tools not working properly: Multiple marketing strategies relied on advanced technology. Some of these tools are new and contain some tech issues we could not resolve independently.

Unrealistic expectations: FITR is the first of its kind. The disruptive technology behind it, with its collective ambition, makes its goals very achievable but at the same time needs lots of effort and organization. That’s why we had some setbacks with the high expectations.

What is next

Now that all the cards are on the table, as much as we failed and succeeded, we are looking forward and pushing as hard as possible. These are the upcoming updates:

Roadmap update: we have decided to take a different approach to our new goals, making them clearer, measurable, and achievable.

Marketing push: since a big part of the product is already developed, we will focus on marketing everything and make every effort from anyone to know who we are.

Ambassador program: getting influential people in our community is a decisive part of the project’s health; we hope to find them and bring them into FITR.

Platform development: we have a working product, but there are always more steps on the road to perfection. We advocate and focus on implementing multiple new technologies to perfect the existing platform.

New Hirings: this project needs the best people to fulfill its potential; that’s why we have a thorough process to hire new people. We are open to more new talents; please reach out if you feel you are a good fit.

Partnerships: Our affiliations are solid; however, the more we get, the better. We are working hard to ensure more partnerships to boost the project’s leverage.

We are in the investor’s best interests; please, be patient. If you have any other questions, please reach through socials; we are always active there. Thank you for reading.
