We’re looking for teachers who want to do more blended and flipped learning, facilitation, and helping students learn about impact.

Along with our SE Asia plans, we’re helping teachers and facilitators do better teaching here in Australia with platform access, training and mentorship.

We’re making open source, freely accessible teacher resources for both K-12 and higher ed, to help teachers do better blended / flipped learning.

We love that teachers are excited to teach these skills, and we know just how frustrating lesson prep, bureaucracy and time pressures can be!

Layla Foord teaches hiring and team formation, a vital component of any enterprise program curriculum.

Some examples of our work:

  • The Difference Incubator uses our platform to support adults in their wonderful three month Two Feet accelerator program in Melbourne.
  • Griffith University’s Yunus Social Business Centre in Brisbane uses us for social enterprise learning and development programs for uni students.
  • Salesforce runs a grad program built upon our courses, to help new employees understand tech, impact, and the agile mindset.
  • Our wonderful friends at Monash University integrate our tech and content into assessable in-curriculum material within the 2nd year of their award winning Global Challenges Advanced Honours course.
  • Kilvington Grammar runs an extracurricular social enterprise course built upon our resources for year 10 students.

“I use FA to teach 11–15 year olds social enterprise skills. The videos are relevant and engaging, and we love the templates and spreadsheets.

I’ve also found it very helpful for my personal development. It’s such a valuable resource, I have no hesitation in recommending it to high school teachers.”

— Christina Douglas, Kilvington Grammar.

Flipped learning + great facilitation = engagement.

We’ve learnt a lot about flipped learning over the past few years, and have built some simple, practical tools for teachers to use in the classroom.

The big lessons so far is that great technology and support gets the hell out of the way, so that teachers can spend more time coaching and caring.

In-class workshops and activities bring flipped learning to life, and keep students active and engaged.

Throughout 2019, we’ll be formalising these resources and giving them away for free so that more teachers can do better flipped and blended learning.

If you’re a teacher, please get in touch, we’d love to work with you to learn, share, and make our resources even more useful!

Our online faculty is world class, with resources built by teachers, for great learning design.

We’re looking for:

  • K-12 teachers (usually for 13–17 year old students), doing both in class an extracurricular programs, with a focus on impact and enterprise skills.
  • Tertiary programs (both in curriculum and accelerator style) that want to bring impact skills and scale to existing in-house offerings.

We can help with:

  • Access to (and support using) our platform and learning resources;
  • Training to help you film and release your own video learning content;
  • Curriculum, accelerator design and pedagogy / andragogy support.
