Alright boyos time for more Georgia Tech football history. In 2007, Virginia Tech was set to take on GT in Atlanta. The morning of the game, the Hokies arrived at their locker room to find that a handful of jerseys, including the jersey of starting quarterback Sean Glennon had been stolen. These players ended up wearing GT’s road jerseys. They used sharpie to write their names across the back and also to cover up the “Yellow Jackets” across the chest as well as the Russell Athletic logo (yes, poor GT is sponsored by the pitiful excuse of a sportswear company that is Russell, founded by a GT alum). They used an orange sharpie to draw a Nike swoosh on the chest. Number 13 VT went on to trounce GT 27–3.
