In Österreich wurden 70 tote Flüchtlinge in abgestelltem Lastwagen entdeckt
Ms Merkel said talks would move ahead on a Franco-German proposal to establish refugee processing “hotspots” in Italy and Greece and a “fair quota system” to resettle refugees throughout EU states.
