At SeeClickFix, like nearly all SaaS companies, we have a customer success department. Without T Wilson, SCF SVP Operations at SeeClickFix…, and her customer success team, SCF would be a leaky bucket of dissatisfied city partners and citizen users; In city speak our population would have a dramatic decline. T’s team’s core metric is churn or renewal. We shoot for 100% annual renewal rates at SCF. When I look at City economic development efforts I see much energy being placed into measuring and obtaining new residents(new business in SaaS speak).
