The hoodie behind the man behind the mask.

Who are you and what do you do?

Eleyef’s the name. If you need me, call it!

For fifteen years, I’ve been writing songs, copy, and content.

My focus here’ll be articles on crypto, NFTs, and blockchains, but I don’t mind

most topics. The absolute best results are what I’ll always aim to provide.

If I take a project, the Fixers and I’ll give it amazing promo,

but we have to believe in it first. We don’t do things out of FOMO.

However, if you’re spreading FUD, or not stopping it,

I guarantee that there is no way we will be locking in.

⚒ ️Fixers ⚒

Who are the Fixers?

I consider myself an artistic refugee in the Web3 mixture.

In this vast online landscape, I found my home with the Fixers.

We’re the team to contact if you’re looking for an opportunity

to set up a Discord, and build and grow your community.

The Fixers are a worldwide crew, possessing very varied skills, plus

we’re always searching for knowledge to consume because it thrills us.

If you get one of us, then you’ve got all of us. That’s what makes us different.

Also, we have the special STEPS approach that we always implement.

What is the STEPS approach?

Any project we take has to agree with the STEPS.

If it strays away, we stop fixing, since it oesn’t stand a chance.

Structure is key, since it keeps everything from falling apart.

We set up channels with purpose, and every role plays a part.

Transparency’s a must, since that’s what builds the trust.

Not being open and honest just makes a project bust.

Education is of great importance to the community.

Understanding what they’re getting into brings members unity.

Passion is the driving force that moves things forward.

If it’s fake, then people won’t connect to the product.

Stories are what hooks us in and gets us exploring,

because every human being always enjoys a good story.

These are the community management principles we’re pushing without compromise,

and the result is exponential growth happening before your eyes.

Simply put, the community’s invested and it engages

if all of these pillars are present from the beginning stages.

Why are you doing this?

Some might rightfully ask about the reasons we do all of this…

There’s a few of them, so let’s just go through the list.

Firstly, all of our lives keep evolving with technology;

that’s why it’s imperative to push this ideology.

Due to being oblivious, people have aversions

to change. What we’re doing helps with the conversion.

Secondly, the internet’s a place of limitless potential.

Making sure the communities built on it are healthy is essential.

Thirdly, we want a better, brighter future on the blockchain,

and while this opens financial options, it’s about legacy, not gains.

Decentralization is where it’s at! Simple as that.

Giving power to the people, not the governments and banks.

Privacy, freedom, meaningful votes

– that’s just the start! Nobody knows what the future holds.

Finally, there’s the fact that the need for community managers is surely rising,

but there still aren’t enough people who do this, even though it’s enticing.

So, if we hire you, you’ll stay with us for a long time, right?

Weirdly enough, yes and no. Allow me to explain,

and I promise it’s not going to sound nearly as insane

as it has to at first. Here’s the thing — if the STEPS are abided by,

we’re here to give our full support, and always be by your side.

Even so, we don’t want to stay employed.

This is actually something we’re trying to avoid.

I realize that’s the complete opposite of what you’d probably expect,

but understanding our philosophy will help the dots connect

into a picture that makes sense. From the first member

coming into the community, we scan and remember

all of their actions while keeping them engaged to the fullest

and wait to see who will stand out in the masses to us.

We take those people and train them slowly, starting with the basics,

until we make them better than us so that they can replace us.

This allows for our role to end, giving theirs a beginning,

ultimately resulting in a community that’s completely self-driven.

***********************************************

In conclusion…

While the Fixers as a group are relatively new, all members have experience,

ensuring we’ll overcome any challenges with expedience.

We strive for excellence, proactivity, professionalism,

and replacing ourselves with better people who share that same vision.

I hope that I at least partly managed to explain just how remarkable

the work we do actually is in this short article.

So, if you’re liking what you’re seeing and you need an awesome human being

as a Community Manager, send us a DM.
