Position: Compliance Manager
Location: Cyprus/Warsaw

We are now looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Legal team to be based in Cyprus or Warsaw. Flashpoint is an international technology investment firm that manages venture capital, secondary buy-out and venture debt funds.
Requirements:
- Law degree
- Prior work experience of no less than 3 years, covering majority of the fields discussed in Responsibilities below
- Fluent oral and written English
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proactive
- Team player

Job responsibilities:
- Day-to-day responsibility for compliance of all entities within Flashpoint Group perimeter
- Ensure compliance with limited partnership agreements and other agreements with investors, portfolio companies and strategic partners.
- Work with administrators to ensure timely onboarding of investors
- Ensure GDPR compliance across the group
- Assist on regulatory issues that arise and constant group-wide monitoring.
- Manage external service providers (including law firms, outsource compliance providers, etc.) with respect to the above.
- Develop/update all the necessary policies and procedures of the Group Entities
