Position: Paralegal

The Paralegal will be part of our Legal team, helping the execution of transactions, the administration of 5 funds with over US$450m of assets under management across several jurisdictions, corporate governance and investor onboarding/compliance matters. Excellent opportunity for a young lawyer to learn transactional, corporate, compliance and funds documentation and process.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of corporate documents such as board and shareholders’ resolutions as well as other corporate governance matters;
- Legal assistance within the transaction process — confidentiality agreements, due diligence, documentation and closings;
- Onboarding /compliance within the fundraising process; and
- Drafting initial drafts of letters of intent, share purchase agreements, loan agreements, fund notices, etc.
Candidate requirements:
- Law student/recent graduate or “professional paralegal”;
- Strong desire to learn and grow;
- Hard-working, team player, and strongly motivated;
- Fund experience is a huge benefit or good corporate governance skills;
- Possibility to work in our Warsaw or Cyprus offices;
- Desire to learn new skills and advance;
- Fluent English with strong written English
