Most Flattr users are makers and creators of some kind, or people who like makers and creators. We’re therefore very proud to support the first flattrable Maker Faire, hosting an impressive line-up of crafters, inventors, hackers and DIY-ers from across the UK!

To stimulate your appetite, here are some of the makers and things you can meet at the event: hackers, home brew Nintendo DS games, interactive mirror, self-balancing electronic skateboard, singing ukulele, needle felting picture cards and hmmm, weird things made from gingerbread! The list doesn’t stop here, check out all the participants and show your support to ideas you like best.

Sure you can flattr them on the website, but why not attend the faire, try out your maker skills with the help of other makers and flattr them by the QR-codes diplayed at the maker stands?

The Brighton Mini Maker Faire will take place in the Brighton Dome foyer on Saturday 3rd September. The entry is free, so if you’re around and would like to have a fun weekend where you can learn how to make things, don’t miss it.

But let them explain it all:

See you there!
