Tomato Dosa by Ranjitha Sana

This is my first blog which i am writing following my passion in cooking.

Preparation:
Take one Kilo of Tomatoes , wash it thoroughly and put it into mixer grinder by adding 7 to 8 mirchi for mid level of spice ,then add salt to taste.
Make it into a fine paste, now add 2 cups of rice flour .
Then add small amount of Sooji Ravva and 2 table spoons of curd to make the dosa crispy and tasty
Now add water until the batter and check the consistency .
Now add some coriander leaves, small slices of onion to add flavor
Then keep it aside for minimum 20 minutes.
Now Heat the Pan and put some oil , then pour the batter and cook it on medium flame until it gets crisp.
Tasty and Yummy Tomato Dosa will be Ready..
