2016 was a heck of a year, and I hope you’ve scheduled a well-deserved break over the holiday season. Once you’re ready to get back to work, we’ve delivered a few additions that will make Float even easier to use in 2017.

Bulk Import People & Projects

Upload your team and projects in bulk with our new Import feature.

Select Import from the People or Projects page, download our CSV template, and use Excel or Google Sheets to fill out your team and project info. Upload the file and you’re done — simple as that!

Single Sign-on for OneLogin & Okta

Does your company use OneLogin or Okta for single sign-on? If so, there’s good news: Float is now officially supported on both platforms! You can search for Float in their app directories and find instructions for authenticating with Float in your Account Settings.

Coming Soon in 2017

We’ve got plenty in store for the new year, including two major updates:

• Time Off: We know scheduling time off ain’t the same as scheduling a project. Soon we’ll be launching dedicated time off scheduling and reporting.

• New API: The new API is more intuitive and includes plenty of documentation to make integrating with your favorite apps easier than ever. API V1 will continue to be supported.

Thanks to our amazing customers for your support in 2016, and we’ll see you all in 2017!

Float on.
